- Audio Recordings: When you use the recording feature, your voice is temporarily sent to our server for AI-powered speech analysis (grammar correction, pronunciation scoring). Audio data is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored on our servers.
- User Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your authentication credentials to provide personalized services.
- Learning Data: Your diary entries, corrections, quiz results, and favorites are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide AI-powered English grammar and pronunciation analysis
- To generate personalized review quizzes based on your mistakes
- To track your learning progress and streaks
- To improve the quality of our AI analysis service
3. Data Storage and Security
- Learning data (diary entries, favorites, quiz history) is stored locally on your device.
- Audio recordings are transmitted securely via HTTPS and are processed transiently — they are not retained after analysis is complete.
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data during transmission.
4. Third-Party Services
Spilio uses the following third-party services:
- AI Language Model: For grammar analysis and pronunciation scoring. Audio and text data is sent to our AI service provider for processing.
- Expo / EAS: For app distribution and push notifications.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with service providers necessary to operate the App's core features (AI analysis).
6. Your Rights
- You can delete all your local data by uninstalling the app.
- You can delete individual diary entries within the app.
- You can request deletion of your account by contacting us.
7. Children's Privacy
Spilio is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

Spilioは全年齢のユーザーに適しています。保護者の同意なく13歳未満のお子様から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
